NZ Wakatu™

Hop Description

Stemming mainly from Hallertauer Mittelfrüh and similarly suited for lagers, this hop was previously called Hallertau Aroma. Considered dual-purpose for its moderate alpha acids, Wakatu is more about its aromas of grass, orange blossom, and lime.
