Cashmere hop cone on bine

Cashmere

Cashmere is a dual-purpose hop that brings a soft, silky texture to beer with a unique blend of citrus, melon, and tropical fruit flavors. Expect notes of lemon-lime, ripe cantaloupe, and subtle coconut, rounded out by herbal undertones and a mellow bitterness. With its low cohumulone content and high oil composition, Cashmere is ideal for late additions, dry hopping, or building layers in hazy, juicy, or modern hop-forward styles.

Sensory Analysis

Amarillo is a game-changer for our brews. The bright citrus punch especially the orange and grapefruit notes, bring our IPA to life. It's smooth and versatile and delivers the  bold aroma we love.
