Rakau™ is a New Zealand hop variety known for its expressive stone fruit and tropical character, backed by a subtle dankness and resinous depth. It bursts with notes of apricot, peach, and mango, supported by hints of pear, citrus, and pine. With moderate to high alpha acids and rich oil content, Rakau delivers a bold, full-spectrum aroma and flavor, perfect for IPAs, hazy styles, and hop-forward beers.
