CZ Saaz Hop Harvest

Czech Saaz

Saaz is one of the original noble hop varieties, prized for its delicate, earthy aroma and refined bitterness. Grown in the Czech Republic, Saaz features gentle notes of spicy herbal character, floral tones, and a mild hint of citrus. Its low alpha acids and clean, subtle profile make it the cornerstone of world-class Pilsners and other traditional European lagers.

Sensory Analysis

Amarillo is a game-changer for our brews. The bright citrus punch especially the orange and grapefruit notes, bring our IPA to life. It's smooth and versatile and delivers the  bold aroma we love.
