Mandarina Bavaria

Mandarina Bavaria is a German aroma hop known for its vibrant tangerine and sweet citrus character. Developed as part of Germany’s effort to breed new-school varieties, it brings juicy notes of mandarin orange, lime, and subtle tropical fruit, layered with a soft floral and herbal background. With moderate alpha acids and expressive aromatics, it’s perfect for dry hopping or late additions in modern IPAs, pale ales, and wheat beers.

Sensory Analysis

Amarillo is a game-changer for our brews. The bright citrus punch especially the orange and grapefruit notes, bring our IPA to life. It's smooth and versatile and delivers the  bold aroma we love.
