Hop Harvesting with Top Cutter in Hop Field

US Saaz

US Saaz is the American-grown version of the classic Czech noble hop, known for its soft floral, herbal, and earthy character. While preserving the traditional aroma of European Saaz, the U.S. variety typically has slightly higher alpha acids, making it suitable for both aroma and light bittering applications. It imparts a refined hop character with subtle spice, ideal for lagers, pilsners, and other delicate beer styles.

Sensory Analysis

Amarillo is a game-changer for our brews. The bright citrus punch especially the orange and grapefruit notes, bring our IPA to life. It's smooth and versatile and delivers the  bold aroma we love.
