Willamette

Hop Description

An immensely popular hop in American craft brewing, this Fuggle-derived aroma variety was released by the USDA in 1976, taking its name from the Willamette River in Oregon’s important hop growing region, the Willamette Valley. Graceful earthiness, spiciness, and fruitiness are hallmarks of the hop.
