US Saaz
Hop Description
Bred from the centuries-old Czech variety by Professor Karel Osvald, US Saaz is a preferred substitute to traditional CZ Saaz. This US adaptation vaunts classic, delicate aromas of spice, earth, grass, with a unique touch of floral. US Saaz also tests slightly higher in alpha acids adding to its viable uses in the states.
