Hop Description

Selected from the USDA Hop and Breeding & Genetics Program in Corvallis, Oregon, Triumph is an aroma variety with slightly higher than normal bittering characteristics. Aroma descriptors range from "hop pink Bazooka Bubblegum" to a "cup of Dole peaches." This hop variety has a wide variety of uses from lagers to pale ales and is an exciting new development from the public hop program.
