Today Crosby Hops CEO, Blake Crosby announced several key promotions across the senior leadership team of the Oregon based specialty hop supplier. Over a decade ago Blake spearheaded a new and unique business model at Crosby, which focuses on sales to select craft brewers globally. Since then, Crosby Hops grew from a small generational family farm to a leader in the craft and hop industries under Blake’s leadership. As an integrated hop grower and merchant, Crosby Hops now serves over 1,500 customers and continues to be a supplier of choice for many of the world’s top craft brewers.

Ryan Ramsay (upper left) formerly Crosby Hops’ Director of Finance will now serve as the company’s President. His new role will serve all day-to-day functional operations of the business and its strategy execution. Jacqueline Crosby (upper right), formerly Operations Manager, will now serve as Director of Operations overseeing all farming, harvesting and advanced processing operations.

After twelve years with the company, Beau Evers (lower right) former Senior Key Account Manager will now serve as Crosby’s National Sales Manager, and Raishelle Everett (lower left) formerly the company’s Accounting Manager will serve as its Financial Controller overseeing financial reporting, treasury, and compliance. Crosby Hop’s leadership team also includes long time members Zak Schroerlucke as Marketing Manager, Ryan Monk as Senior Business Analyst, and Gabi McCarter as Senior Manager of Customer Operations.

Blake Crosby will continue as CEO of the business and these key promotions along with the combined experience of the team will increase his time and focus on the company’s long-term vision, strategy, research efforts and global sales.

Blake noted “As Crosby Hops looks ahead to its next decade of growth, I’m excited to watch the development and evolution of our senior leadership team and celebrate the many well-earned internal promotions that positively contribute to our team-based culture and future.”

“After twelve years of growing sales across North America I am ecstatic to continue the journey in a key senior leadership role as we aim to build the Crosby Hops business of the future,” said Beau Evers.

“It’s been incredible working alongside this team since I came back to the family business three years ago and now to serve in a director level position is a true honor,” said Jacqueline Crosby.

“We are building something special here at Crosby” mentioned Raishelle Everett.

“People around here believe in the impossible and the evolution of our senior leadership team is a great example of the intention we put into building our people, teams, and instilling a growth mindset in the business” noted Ryan Ramsay.
