A high-alpha variety with an unusual combination of bright citrusy and herbal aromatics, Sorachi Ace delivers distinct notes of lemon, lemon verbena, and dill. This Japanese-bred hop languished in obscurity after its 1984 release before American growers and brewers took a shine to it in the late 2000s.
