MAIN AROMAS
Citrus, Piney/Resinous
A cross between New Zealand’s First Choice (a Late Cluster relative) and noble Saaz, Pacific Jade was released in 2004 with equally potent alpha acids and aromatic properties. Soft bitterness combined with citrusy, black peppery notes make this one particularly versatile in the kettle.
